Iterates a reader on a command while the handler function returns true.

Parameters

command IExecuteReader

The IExecuteReader to iterate.

handler Func<IDataRecord, bool>

The handler function for each IDataRecord.

behavior CommandBehavior

The behavior to use with the data reader.
